Certified Residential Specialist Designation (CRS) Encouraged

Certified Residential Specialist Designation, Fountain Hills, AZ

This was my second announcement at a weekly marketing tour.  This week I spoke briefly regarding earning credits for the designation.  Most importantly, I reminded them of the class coming up at the Southeast Valley Regional AOR, Mesa Arizona (Ph. 480/833-7510 fax. 480/855-1329) February 5 & 6. The class is “Technologies to Advance Your Business” (Course CRS 206). It is one of the best courses I have ever taken.  This course, more than any other, advanced my Real Estate Technology expertise.     

Agents were given the, ‘Is it the Journey or the Designation CRS Resource Guide’, CRS Designation Program Requirements and the list for the Approved Elective Units.

The agent interest was very strong and 6 of them picked up the folders. One will be going to www.CRS.com  for further information to get his designation.  It is wonderful to have such a great response to the information and it is my hope that we will be gaining new members soon for the National and local chapters of CRS.
