Weekly Tour Meeting is reminded about CRS designations!
I have loved CRS since I became a member and it has been very good for my business. I felt it was time to share some of the information I had at a recent tour.
I stood up and touted CRS and the benefits of designation to about 80 people in attendance. I reminded them that the National Association of Realtors latest research shows that the best way to more income is through designations. Is it the designation or the added knowledge and a commitment to the business? I don’t think anyone can prove which is more important but, increase in income speaks for itself.
I reminded them that only four percent of agents have obtained the Certified Residential Specialists designation achievement and it is well worth the time invested.
This took two minutes and what happened? I handed out nine copies of the ‘Journey or the Designation?’ CRS Resource Guides. I had two people say they were going to start immediately. They thanked me for reminding them to get started.
Two other people said they have wanted to get started and what should they do? I referred them to CRS.com and encouraged them to get sign up now.
I had one CRS member that was postponing his renewal. After reminding him of the benefits he admitted he had not used it except for on his cards. I told him about all the wonderful products and classes and that he needed to brag it up with his clients. He is going to renew and look up some of the benefits on line. My personal favorite is the paper products stationary, brochures and folders it does a lot of boosting on its own.
I want to help my local Arizona Chapter and the national Council of Residential Specialists and new membership I think is one of the best things I can do.
